Evrone at the Main Ural IT Conference
We went to the annual DUMP conference engaging over 1,800 participants with quizzes and discussions led by our CEO. We continue to lead community engagement through speaking at events and by hosting conferences, furthering education and networking opportunities in the tech community.
DUMP, the annual and one of the largest IT conferences in the Ural region took place in Yekaterinburg on April 26th. This year, more than 1,800 participants, including the Evrone team, attended.
Our CEO Oleg Balbekov was presenting the company at our booth. Also, our team moderated the Science section. We conducted quizzes on topics such as Go, Python, DevOps, Frontend, and analytics. All participants received merchandise, and at the end, we gave away a Yandex Station, a branded power bank, and a backpack as quizz prizes.
Conferences are a great way to engage with the community and discover what's happening in the industry. We enjoy participating and hosting events ourselves, as it helps us stay on top of trends and forge new useful connections.
This year, we are actively visiting the top events in the industry. Our CTO, Alexander Kirillov, spoke about Kubernetes & IDP at VK Conf. He was also a moderator at DevOpsConf.
Evrone founded and has been hosting the largest Ruby conference for over 15 years. Each month, we organize meetups on specific technologies and events for students as part of our partnership with Voronezh State University.
